Project Selection

As a designer with an aesthetic that is on trend, modern, and seeks to achieve a high end look that’s beautiful and sophisticated, please note that we cannot accept each request we receive. In order for a truly collaborative relationship to commence, the fit between client and designer must be right. We want to ensure that the end design will be nothing short of gorgeous and comfortable. An added touch of luxury will ensure a home that will welcome you, your friends and family for years to come.

Communication

Email is the preferred source of communication as it is the best way to stay organized with the details of our project. Any meetings by phone will be scheduled, if needed.

Scope of Project

-To be determined during the initial intake and initial consultation. All services will be outlined and detailed in the project proposal. Please note that any additions beyond what is specified in the agreement and contact will be invoiced separately at $80 per hour. Drawings, renderings and moodboards will have revisions built in, however, additional meetings, personal shopping days, or additions to the scope of the project will be subject to extra charges.

Photography and usage

For each project completed, the designer and client will acknowledge through the initial agreement that the designer has the right to photograph the space for use in their project portfolio, blogging material and use on social media for marketing material. This would include before, during and after photos.

Termination/cancellation of project

The client and the designer have the right to terminate the project at any time. All services completed must be paid for and client will be invoiced for all services completed as stated in the proposal and agreement. If the client has not communicated with the designer after 2 weeks (unless the client has already notified the designer that they will be unable to correspond for a period of time), the designer has the right to terminate the project.
